I was really excited about the central location. It made seeing everything so easy! the breakfast buffet offered a great range of options, and daisy were really nice too remember our orders and greet us warmly each morning! the staff were so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, i was really impressed.
the tv in my room had a large wooden frame around it! it made walking around that side of the bed quite difficult, i had to shuffle and bend over!

i found the room very spacious with great equipment. the decor in the room was lovely. the location made it easy to return while exploring. the breakfast offered a fantastic start to the day (i especially liked the fresh pastries).
the shower pressure was lower than i expected, i think it needs checking.

The hotel boasts modern facilities. Everything seemed well kept. i noticed the gym had several cardio machines and free weights. a business center is available too. I didn't use it but saw it.

this was my second visit, and again, i was smitten by the warm welcome. the customer service felt tailored just for me. our room was a perfect little haven, a true escape from the everyday (i really needed it). we savored drinks at the bar in the evening and woke up to a scrumptious breakfast.

i found the location to be convenient. it was very central to the city centre. mia behind the bar provided helpful information and recommendations for local attractions. i am already thinking of my return.
my room was not in the main building, i felt a little isolated because of that. i had to go outside in the rain to reach the hotel facilities, which wasn't ideal. the cooked breakfast was too oily for my liking.

the hotel interior was disappointing. it did not look as good as the pictures online. i found the actual entrance grubby. it needed new flooring and paint.
