A-MAZING river view!

newly renovated roomnespresso machinegreat breakfastamazing river
The room was newly renovated and AMAZING!!! It included a kettle and Nespresso machine. The river view was gorgeous. The staff was kind and very helpful. They answered every question. Breakfast was very nice! The pub downstairs also had a great vibe.
I found that the lighting throughout the bathroom felt a bit dingy. This made it difficult to see well.

My "Superior Double Room" included complimentary toiletries. The included breakfast had both buffet-style continental options and hot dishes made to order. The hotel held my bags before check-in and delivered them to the room when it was ready.

The hotel lacks an elevator, so reaching higher floors can be challenging with luggage.

the location was really convenient i found it easy to explore the area plus the breakfast included had a tasty selection i specifically liked the fresh pastries the staff were also polite and quick to assist with my needs they even helped me with directions to nearby attractions. the room featured a comfortable bed and a well-functioning air conditioner i had a good night's sleep thanks to the blackout curtains
the noise from the street was quite noticeable throughout the night i could hear traffic and people talking outside i found it difficult to fully relax in the room the bathroom looked outdated and the shower pressure was weak i would have liked a more modern and powerful shower. furthermore i did not find the hotel elevator , made it difficult to carry my luggage to the third floor this process was very inconvinient for me

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room Condition

convenient locationdusty roomstrong odor
The location was acceptable, situated conveniently near the river.
The room was quite dusty. I also found a strong odor when I turned on the bathroom extractor fan. I suspect the fan needed a good cleaning. These issues detracted from the overall experience, and I hoped for better cleanliness given the hotel's rating.
