my room was right next to the entrance, so i heard every single person checking in. people came back late at night and i heard it all. not ideal for a good night's sleep, and really frustrating.

The location is REALLY convenient. The seafront is just steps away. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options available. My room had a coffee machine. they supplied shampoo and towels.
My room was located on the top floor and the stairs were quite narrow. This was DIFFICULT as I had heavy luggage. there was no running water in the shower. The room itself was also small.
