i found the location excellent, close to temple meads station (it made my arrival so easy). our room included a fridge, a feature i always appreciate. i especially liked that the staff were friendly.

The staff was attentive, they provide assistance with requests. the bed was comfortable, i slept soundly. the hotel offered convenient parking. I found a space easily. i found the on-site restaurant a big plus, it offered a good variety of food.
my room smelled a bit musty, i recommend they need better ventilation.

The room's cleanliness was not satisfactory. I noticed hairs in the shower basin and on the shampoo bottles. This was quite off-putting. There was also a disturbing incident during the evening. Another guest was sent to my room by mistake, luckily I had locked the door. Later, a staff member entered my room unannounced, claiming the room was unoccupied in their system. An apology was not offered, and the staff seemed uninterested in the matter.

the location proved excellent for exploring attractions. the room offered peace with effective air conditioning during a heatwave. i found a great choice of nearby eateries convenient. i appreciated the proximity to transportation hubs too.
i noticed a delay during check-in because the reception desk was understaffed. some staff seemed idle as people waited. as a loyalty member, i expected some recognition at check in

the location was great. the train station was only a five minute walk. the staff members were lovely. the room was quiet and clean. my room was an executive queen room.
van parking was advertised but it was in a back lane and still chargeable.
