Excellent Clifton Stay
convenient location quiet room friendly staff convenient parking
The hotel's location is convenient, situated just outside the clean air zone. I found parking to be very convenient. The room had secondary glazing, so it was very quiet. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
I noted that the room was quite warm. Controlling the temperature was only possible using a fan and an open window.

A REALLY lovely getaway
warm welcome easy access fresh apples
Staff welcomed me warmly. The location allows easy access to local shops and cafes. It's a TRUE gem. My room had fresh apples and a selection of teas. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!

Acceptable, but some issues need attention
excessive heat poor insulation
The breakfast food tasted of HIGH quality and seemed well prepared.
The heat in my room was excessive. I turned the radiator off. I also left the window open a foot ALL day and night. Noise insulation was poor. I could hear people walking in the room above mine and vice versa. The loo seat also seemed ill-fitting.

The bus stop is directly in front, offering easy access to the city center and Temple Meads. Breakfast included 'The Bristolian,' with many beverage choices. I also found the staff very helpful and friendly. They provided prompt assistance.
I noticed only a limited number of parking spaces were available at the hotel.

quiet room excellent location complimentary fruit
i found the room very quiet and comfortable as requested. the hotel location is excellent, a real plus. the staff provided non-dairy milk sachets in the room without me needing to ask. complimentary fruit was also available.

grubby curtains electric shower
the staff are friendly. the location seems good.
the room felt very dated. the curtains were grubby and it had a terrible electric shower. the tv remote didnt even work, so i was unable to relax properly.
