satisfactory stay

ample portionunique touchorange stainlarge crack
The staff were helpful. The breakfast had ample portions and many options WERE available. There were some nice individual touches.
on arrival, i noticed a large orange stain on the white pillowcase. i called reception and the pillowcase was changed immediately. I ALSO noticed a large crack running the length of the lamp on the bedside table. The lamp had obviously been broken and stuck back together.

the STAFF were very helpful and friendly. i especially appreciated the little extras, like the pantry where guests could get treats and drinks. the complimentary cakes and drinks given at checkout WERE a nice touch.
i felt the additional £20 per night WAS excessive. also , the rooms were quite small , and my room faced the front so it got noisy from the street.

I found the staff accommodating and friendly. The city center location is ideal. there were many extras, like drinks and fruit available all day. the room was great value. The air conditioning made it very comfortable. i loved the added complementary fruit and drink bar, what a treat. i received a parting gift which was a lovely touch.
I found a slight issue with the car parking charge of £20 every 24 hours. the additional cost impacted my business trip budget a bit.
