average, i guess

poor insulationinadequate heating
The noise insulation was frankly terrible. i could hear everything from the adjacent room, from loud conversations to what i assume where mobile ringtones. i booked a king guest room expecting a quiet experience, but it was like living in a poorly built apartment. another issue was the lack of heating. The room was cold, and the portable radiator they provided was a pretty inadequate solution.

tender moments at my cozy stay

comfortable sizerenovated bathroomgreat showermissing information
the location felt really special, it was close to the train station and so many lovely restaurants I want to try. our room was a beautiful king room, it felt so large, spacious, and the bathroom was beautifully renovated. mornings were a dream because breakfast was a delight, offering so many choices, it really made my heart flutter. everything was quiet, our room wasn't facing the busiest road, offering peace.
while the staff was mainly lovely, i found the night time receptionist was not as informed about local dining options as i hoped. i had wanted to ask about late-night places, but i felt disappointed. a little extra information would.
Service

the breakfast service was lovely, with staff ensuring a good selection. the front desk efficiently managed my check-in. these moments made the service quite nice.
Rooms

the rooms were quite clean, well kept, and created a comforting atmosphere during the entire stay. i loved little details such as fresh towels, the bed linens and comfortable mattress. the room felt spacious.
