The room was lovely. It offered a classic room. The bathroom was spacious, it included a bathtub. Breakfast was a GREAT offering and provided many choices.
The staff did not appear overly friendly. It was a shame. I found the lighting in the room to be DARK! The luggage storage did not seem very secure.

I parked in the nearby car park. Reception staff greeted me warmly. The room offered both comfort and excellent cleanliness. Staff were very friendly during breakfast and attentive to my needs..
The room lighting could benefit from some enhancements, as it was somewhat dim.

The reception staff were warm upon arrival. The bartender possessed great knowledge. Staff demonstrated kindness and attentiveness to my needs. Will, Jolanta, and Gosia provided really good care.

The staff seemed preoccupied, which affected the overall service quality. I found that assistance was slow. Requests took longer than expected. The vegan breakfast was not satisfactory. It lacked variety. The baguette was subpar. Ultimately, the food options fell short of expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
