Jose and other staff members were amazing! They took excellent care of us. The room was a good size, the beds were quite comfortable, and the furniture was better than average. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and the towels were a good size.

I found the staff quite polite! the reception service was helpful. The staff addressed all my needs. breakfast had excellent value, and the food was good. the hotel's location provided easy access to the center, and a quick walk got me to the beach.
the doors slamming was frequently audible, and i sometimes heard noise from other rooms.

the room was a good size. the bed seemed comfy.
the bathroom was a real letdown, it seemed very old. marks existed in the bathtub, and the shower curtain was just nasty. i didnt even bother with a shower. plus, the parking fees were sprung on me unexpectedly.

the staff were helpful and friendly. maria at reception found me the perfect room and was very patient. the room was clean and tidy with plenty of space. dinner and breakfast choices were excellent!!!
the hot water for the bath and shower was a bit hit-or-miss. it took a few tries to get it right.
