decent stay, some minor issues
perfect location clean room helpful staff dusty surface carpet crumbs traffic noise
the location is really perfect! i could easily walk to all the shops. mayflower theatre was only about 15 minutes away. the room was also clean. the staff was friendly and helpful, and that meant a lot.
the room felt a bit dusty, especially on the glass surfaces. i found a few crumbs on the carpet, too! no cooling option on ac. opening the window introduced lots of traffic noise and a fire alarm from a neighboring building, and that meant a terrible night's sleep.

friendly staff easy dining cramped room communal iron
The hotel's location is near the shopping center. This made getting to dining very easy. The staff was friendly, too.
My room was too cramped. There was not any space to put my stuff. I also hated the communal iron in the corridors, it was awful when I needed to get ready for my work meeting.

The location was convenient. I found the bar area a great place to relax. The bartenders were very friendly and made well-balanced drinks.
The room was smaller than the pictures showed. Some amenities listed were not available. Building work meant scaffolding was up, and I had to keep the curtains closed.

moxy, stylish stay!
seamless check-in early check-in bags storage beautiful smell
check-in happened so fast, and the rooms works great for what we needs. an early check in happens without any fuss. costel, i thanks him much, he helps with the bags storage and goes above and beyond. the hotel has a beautiful smell as you walks in!
rooms not cleaned everyday, and trash cans not cleared. i needs to carries my own luggage to a long distance.

the bar and lounge has excellent facilities, so you can hangs out and meet people. the hotel offers convenient storage for luggage before check-in and after check-out, so i dont has to haul bags around.

the staff acts very cute and helpful. costel goes above and beyond in helping with luggage storage, so it all happens smoothly. the staffs are friendly and makes me feels at home.

shops and the city center is very close, also marina and port. i likes that location is central and close to everything i needs. i was able to walk to the bus stop from the hotel with no problem.

traffic noise cooling options
The staff were amazing and always helpful
I found the lack of cooling options frustrating the only way to cool the room was to open the window and deal with the traffic noise outside and a fire alarm in a building nearby kept me awake. The room was still quite warm even with the window open all night

the hotel is well located. it is only steps to the city center with restaurants and stores. charlotte was great, she checked us in early and was super friendly.

cruise location luggage security big mall early arrival
my room was neat. the room had enough space. the location for cruise departure was really convinient. staff secured my luggage because i arrived earlier than scheduled. a big mall is next to the hotel.
the sink in my bathroom had toothpaste stains. it was a very slight issue.
