spacious room terminal proximity
The room was a superior room, and i found it quite spacious. also, i appreciated the proximity to the cruise terminal. It was very convenient for my travels.
the gym felt a bit limited in equipment for a hotel of this size.

The room had a useful fridge. There was a sofa in the room, a good alternative to the bed for watching tv. The staff were friendly. It was like staying with family. I used the pool and sauna every morning.
The windows only open slightly , therefore it was hard to lower the temperature in the room.

closed pool outdated bathroom
i booked a double room. the room was clean, but it was very warm, even though it's autumn. kids under 16 aren't allowed in the gym. this information wasn't listed anywhere. the bathroom seemed outdated. i was a little disappointed, the pool was a big let down.

surprised by the hotel services
train station polite staff lovely breakfast
the train station close to the hotel proved so convenient. the staff showed politeness and helpfulness . i noticed the proximity to both mcdonald's and tgi fridays. breakfast was lovely, and my children especially loved it.
I could see no visible shower near the pool . This felt inconvenient.

i noted that the pool area had a limited capacity of twelve people at a time. a small gym was available, though i also noticed that it restricts access to individuals 16 years of age and older. these limitations might affect some guests.

the hotel's situation is convenient for accessing nearby restaurants, including mcdonald's and tgi fridays! i spotted the cruise ships right outside my window. proximity to the train station offered easy access to transportation throughout my trip.

variety available comfortable room toilet layout fire alarm
the breakfast had plentiful items i appreciated the variety available. the room was comfortable i found it well kept and suitable for my needs.
the layout had the toilet separate from the shower room this wasn't clear when i booked. the fire alarm detector flashed a lot at night i found it disruptive.
