The staff were friendly. They were always ready to assist with directions. The breakfast included a nice selection of hot items. The garden view from my room was peaceful. I appreciated the well-kept grounds.
The room felt a bit small for the price. The bathroom had a strange curtain contraption. This resulted in the bathroom flooding after each shower. The hotel lacks a lift. This was inconvenient with heavy luggage.

The hotel's location was convenient. I easily found parking upon arrival with staff assistance. The superior room upgrade included a large, comfortable bed. I really enjoyed the roll-top bath. The provided towel was generously sized.
The breakfast area became quite busy, though there was a selection of cereals and pastries available.

the breakfast offered a wide selection of items. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. the room was a good size and had all the necessary amenities. (i found the tea and coffee facilities very convenient). the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the parking area was a bit tight. i had some difficulty maneuvering my car. the wifi signal was weak in my room. it made it difficult to browse the internet. the bathroom lacked a proper ventilation system (this led to some moisture buildup).

the staff were very friendly and helpful . my room was clean. the evening meal was very good (i especially enjoyed the dessert). breakfast was also good with a lot of choice.
i noticed a slight delay in response time when i requested extra towels.

bizarre tv placement inadequate windows
the breakfast had multiple options which was acceptable
the tv placement was bizarre i could not watch it comfortably from the bed i reminded me of i would break my neck looking up the windows also did not block outside noise properly at 1 am i was awakened by a drunken man shouting in the street
