The staff was very helpful when i needed assistance. The room provided basic amenities, like clean towels and bedding. The location was near the coach stop and the town center. This made travel convenient. Breakfast included cereal, pastries, yogurt, and hot drinks.
The room at the end of the corridor had a pungent smell. I opened the windows all night, but it did not eliminate the odor. This was an issue for me.

the location suited my travel plans well. It's near the bus station and cruise port. The staff were nice and helpful, which i appreciated after a long day.
the room had no kettle for tea. This small addition would greatly improve the experience. I missed having a hot drink in the morning.

The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, especially when i needed to check in a bit earlier to drop off my suitcases. barry at the front desk allowed this, so i could enjoy the city center without luggage. the hotel's location is great, very walkable to the main shopping area and waterfront. our room was clean. the continental breakfast was good and the price was fair. The croissants were fresh.
there were only a couple of electrical outlets in the room, made charging multiple devices a little tricky.
