The staff were personable and conscientious! the breakfast is superb. I ate things i'm not allowed at home. i stayed for four nights and had a perfect stay. The hotel coped well with a staff shortage.
The pool was out of order. That was a bummer. our room was dark and stuffy. Not the best atmosphere. the fridge wasn't working. It was a known issue, annoying

the location was close to the seafront and a long promenade. the breakfast selection was lovely. the pool had both a sauna and a steam room, i found this quite relaxing after a long day.

the air conditioning did not work properly the room became too hot i found this caused inadequate sleep additionally the room size proved small thus it did not compare to a comfortable stay i found this problematic.

The staff were very friendly. They called taxis for us and provided a number to order food, as it was late. The room was lovely with everything I needed. The beds featured comfortable bedding that felt crisp and clean. The pillows provided the perfect support.
The Parking was a bit hard to navigate at first.
