superb stay
hearty reception prettiest hotel fresh pool
the hearty reception from all staff, including the doorman, tea salon personnel, reception, and bar, was noticeable. the pool was fresh and not busy. i liked the accessibility to the train station.
there was a lack of extraction in the toilet, it smelled of wee upon arrival.

A Luxurious Escape
charming vista preferred pillows concierge team
The Bowes-Lyon Suite offered a charming vista from a lower floor, and it still ensured our privacy, I found that lovely. Before arrival, the concierge team contacted us, asking about room setup. The suite was perfectly arranged with requested amenities like preferred pillows and our cocktail selections stocked in the in-room bar, those were great touches.
I felt the service charge for housekeeping was a bit unexpected, considering the room rate.

Each breakfast provided a wide variety of well-prepared options, I thought that was really good. Brasserie Prince delivered excellent, beautifully presented dishes during a nice dinner. Every meal was good. The quality of food and presentation was excellent.

The concierge team arranged meal and attraction reservations, amazing. They organized seamless airport transfers, this simplified our travel experience and removed stress. Staff promptly collected our luggage when our driver arrived, I really appreciated it!

the valet parking was very convenient. the room featured a comfy bed. i enjoyed an excellent dinner in the bistro with a good wine selection.

The concierge assisted me directly from the train station. He was helpful and professional. i found the bar prince to have a great atmosphere. the breakfast included high quality products.
the bathroom sink area felt somewhat narrow. amenities offered seemed basic for a hotel of its price. i expected more unique touches.

unpleasant odor significant delay
I encountered some issues . The absence of proper ventilation in the toilet led to an unpleasant odor upon arrival. This was quite disappointing given the price. One morning I faced a significant delay in receiving coffee at breakfast. I waited fifteen minutes after being seated and offered coffee. I eventually had to ask a staff member if I could get the coffee myself.
