excellent staffhot optionscentral station
The staff at reception was really good, particularly during check-in! The included breakfast was good with nice hot options. The location is excellent, right at the central station.
The room I had was near the lift so there was some outside noise in the corridor though the room itself was lovely.

i found the complimentary water and room service quite convenient (it really helped after a long day). the location is also very central. there were nice restaurants nearby.
Housekeeping seemed a little slow. I noticed some trays outside room doors in my corridor that remained there for several hours.

poor sleephigh prices
I was given a room with roman blinds that let in a lot of light (it overlooked the station) and i did not sleep well. there was also nowhere to hang a coat. the prices in the champagne bar were quite high. They even ran out of pinot grigio on a saturday night. it did spoil my feelings about the place a bit.
