the breakfast was fantastic. there was a lot of choice at the continental breakfast buffet. the breakfast staff were professional, keeping everything topped up. it was a treat!!!
there was no phone to call concierge. there was no mini fridge. there was no closet to place clothes and not enough hangers.

the shopping center was conveniently behind the hotel. a breakfast cafe sat right across the street, very accessible. all staff was amazing and always helpful. i also appreciated the modern and vibrant decor.

I received a handicap accessible room upgrade, helpful when I felt unwell. The fold-down seat in the large shower was a definite advantage. The larger room easily accommodated both of our large suitcases. A regular room would have been very tight, even with the luggage rack. The regular room I used earlier was comfortable, quiet, clean, and a good value.
The bathroom door did not close properly and was to be broken.

I appreciated the early check-in, it was a great help after my travel. The location is fantastic, very close to the iconic Ha'penny Bridge. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage after checking out, this was very convenient.
The breakfast options seemed limited, I think there is room for improvement. It didn't have a lot of variety.

The breakfast area is in the lobby. It is a shared space. There were no hot food options. The coffee machine seemed rather weak, with a watery result.
