excellent breakfast polite staff great spa
the breakfast choice was excellent and it was available until 11am. the evening meal in the bar was delicious too. the spa was also great. the staff was always very courteous and helpful

great location rooftop bar helpful concierge slow service empty glasses uncleared tables
the location was great (it was easy to walk to many places). the rooftop bar had fantastic views. benjamin assisted as concierge and did a very good job.
the service was disappointing. we waited a long time for dinner at the restaurant though it was not busy. water glasses were empty and tables were not cleared.

The staff provided excellent service I found them very helpful. Real plants in the room and around the hotel added a romantic touch. The steam room was wonderful and the pool looked beautiful.
The mattress had dips I found it very uncomfortable. The room was dusty I did not find this acceptable. Air conditioning was terrible it took a long time to cool the room to 20 degrees.

mixed experience and elevator issue
elevator delay high cost
the elevator took a considerable time. it felt ridiculous for a five-star hotel. the room cost was high relative to its size. i also found it inappropriate to charge extra for the window view when the room faced a theater on the first floor.

Anniversary Stay Was superb
high spec special effort
I stayed at a modern hotel. The staff was very attentive, kind, friendly, and professional throughout the stay. I was thrilled with the special effort the hotel made. My friend was happy with a high spec room plus other birthday gifts.
