check-in was prompt and easy. the room was well laid out. i also liked the spacious bathroom and walk-in shower.
the heating in the room didn't work properly. i spent the whole weekend trying to get it to work, but only managed a couple of hours in total. this was disappointing.

The staff showed such warmth, especially suzi in the restaurant. She always prepared a special breakfast table for brocton, our guide dog puppy, ensuring he had enough space. She even brought him treats, it was so thoughtful! reception staff were constantly helpful during our three nights, with john, becky, and ricky deserving particular thanks! the room itself was great with comfortable bed and good air circulation, i really appreciate the space.
during check-in, i noticed that the car park token system was never properly explained, it would be nice to have proper information about the token when checking-in.
