a wonderful surprise!
polite staff dog friendly great selection tasty dishes
the staff showed such kindness and warmth, especially towards our furry friend. breakfast offered a great selection. I found it a great value for the quality. dinner had a smaller selection, but the dishes were quite tasty!
i found just a small spot of dust on a high shelf, it's barely noticeable.

The standard double room had two separate sinks. the room also featured a rainfall shower. blackout curtains ensured complete darkness. I slept amazingly!

splintered door non-operational telephone
the room i had could have used a better cleaning. i noticed the bathroom door had some splintering at the bottom, not a good look. also, the room phone didn't work. i had to walk to reception or the bar anytime i needed something, a real hassle.

Acceptable, but Some Issues Need Addressing
lift repair broken wood
The lift was under repair . This was a big problem, as my room was on the second floor. The noise from the ongoing work was terrible. I also found broken wood with holes behind the bed in my premium double room. I was a little disappointed with my stay. I probably won't return.

The hotel features a swimming pool and a gym. These facilities are well-kept. Breakfast offered a large selection, and the evening meal was substantial. I appreciated the cute staff who were ready to help with inquiries and questions.
The lift made a horrendous noise and was being worked on .

fantastic getaway!
swimming pool chilled stella
The bedroom felt spacious and comfy for my family. we enjoyed the swimming pool a lot! the staff put on a football match for me and served perfectly chilled stella from the bar. the breakfast was tasty. Children ate for free.
i noticed the car park needed a tidy. some flowers around the front door would make it look more cute. hopefully, this can be addressed soon.
