the location is genuinely great because it's so convenient for travel routes i found parking easy and secure with heaps of spaces available on-site the breakfast was an absolute treat with loads of hot and cold options ensuring a satisfying start to my day i enjoyed the little walk and play area behind the building offering a nice break from travel.
the bathroom sink was really small making it a bit tricky to use for anything beyond washing my hands.

the hotel has good motorway access making it a super convenient stopover and the on-site parking area is plentiful and i found the grounds to be very secure. there is easy access to leeds.

my room was really clean and i found it spacious plus the blackout curtains were effective for blocking out early morning sun and the air conditioning worked perfectly to maintain a comfortable temperature.

the hotel is easily accessible from the m1. parking proved simple and free. a lovely green roof surprised me. i found a newly developed nature walk and a children's play area behind the hotel.
i noticed the reception staff were sometimes absent. this made me a bit concerned, especially regarding quick responses to emergencies.

the wifi was difficult for my husband to use i had no issues myself.

The hotel's location was great for visiting relatives. The breakfast provided a good start to the day. The room included controllable air-conditioning.. This helped maintain a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.
The television remote was missing and I had to return to reception multiple times to get one. I found a pair of dirty socks in the room. The bed sheets also had some marks on them.

The hotel sits close to shops that offer various food options. I liked that there was a garden and playground behind the hotel. The park behind the bar was great for children to run around.
The accessible shower seat had a build up of scum. Its back was broken from the wall. A spare pillow seemed slept on and was dirty
