extra camp bed good breakfast selection long wait unavailable options
The staff was helpful. The hotel secured an extra camp bed for one of my kids because the family room only had four beds. Staff provided bedding for it. Breakfast had a good selection, so everyone could find something to eat.
I waited over 20 minutes in the bar area to order food. After three options were unavailable, I ate elsewhere.

wide variety helpful staff clean room
Breakfast offered a wide variety. The staff members were very helpful. The restaurant provided a nice atmosphere. I also found the beds comfortable. The bathroom included a walk-in shower. The room was clean upon my arrival.
The room was located quite a distance from reception.

The standard twin room featured two large beds and a large flat screen tv. It also included a sofa bed. Adequate toiletries were supplied in the spacious en-suite bathroom.

the room was clean and well kept, with a super comfortable bed. a sofa provided extra seating. i loved the large smart tv with netflix and youtube! this was a great bonus after a long day.

the staff were super friendly and informative. towels were changed daily. i liked the toiletries provided both in the shower cubicle and next to the wash basin, what a welcome treat!

the location has a bus stop just a five minute walk from the hotel. the bus runs regularly. it takes 15 minutes by bus to get into the center.

solid hotel with good service
warm welcome comfy bed spacious dining room
I received a warm welcome and found the bed large and quite comfy. The breakfast was abundant and available in a spacious dining area. i had a decent dinner at a reasonable price. when i struggled with the smart tv, the receptionist quickly came to retune it.
the swimming pool was closed , so i could not use it as i wanted.

helpful staff range choice
the staff was helpful and polite. the pool was a real bonus, and my children loved it. we also found breakfast great, with a good range of choices. it made the start of the day easy and stress-free.
the air conditioning did not work as expected. this meant we had to keep windows open and we encountered road noise at night.

the hotel has easy access from public transport. there is a bus stop right outside, which makes it simple to reach attractions. the hotel is located near the edge of the city, avoiding the heavy traffic.
