the room felt very dusty. i also found wooden splinters. the customer service i received from the night staff was very poor. they were rude and asked me to collect an item at midnight.

The location was convenient. It was very easy to access public transportation. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. I especially liked the variety available during breakfast and the quick service. The gym on site includes treadmills and stationary bikes.
The hallway carpets showed slight wear, which I noticed .

the room featured nice decoration the beds were comfortable. breakfasts were lovely there was a wide selection of items. staff were always smiling and helpful .
the room was too hot the a/c did not seem to function properly. i had to open a window to get some relief from the heat it was inconvenient.

the hotel is very close to a tram stop. it is really easy to get into the city center without a car. this proximity made exploring convenient.
