The staff was SUPER helpful. The food was superb. I especially liked the variety. The bed was comfortable, and , made for a GREAT night's sleep.
The gym was very small, and that was disappointing. The heating was very noisy. It made it hard to sleep, honestly. I found it difficult to heat the room adequately. It was cold.

The room wasn't cleaned daily. It was only cleaned twice during my three-night stay. No one was at reception when I checked out, frustrating. They seemed only interested in money.
