great locationfriendly stafffaulty doortoilet issue
the hotel is situated in a great location. it is near the pier. the staff where friendly, a good thing.
the room was not so good. the shower cubicle door didnt shut properly. i also found the toilet part flushed while sat on it, quite unnerving

the staff was cute and efficient. the breakfast was rich, with ample options for everyone. the hotel's central location provided easy access to local points of interest. i found the attention to detail especially excellent, such as the complimentary toiletries and the efficient room service.
the hallway carpeting showed some wear.

The double bed was comfortable. Individual toiletries were provided in the bathroom, which i found useful. The breakfast choices were varied. The staff were very friendly and gave helpful advice about local attractions.
The door handle felt a little loose, which i found slightly inconvenient.
