Really good Experience

The team upgraded my mother and me to a river view suite. It was wonderful. Each team member was very helpful. I felt very welcome. The Savoy is clean as new. The flowers are fine. The drinks at the American bar were delicious!
Although the room was upgraded. It wasn't really special. The decor was dowdy, and the bed was hard. I was disappointed because i expected more for the money.

The spa offers luxury with personal caring. It features lovely facial treatments. The gym provides free weights plus cardio equipment. It includes matrix machines. The pool area has the ideal water temperature. A jet stream adds to the experience.

The Luxury King Room River View has high ceilings. It provides ample wardrobe space. A fine marble bathroom features signature Savoy toiletries from Penhaligon's. Blackout curtains allow for restful sleep. A modern radio links with Bluetooth.

The concierge staff is very knowledgeable. Darren deserves a special shout out. The staff members were always smiling. They were helpful and polite. Ana at check-in was a gem. She sorted out reservations.

The River Restaurant offers a limited but excellent menu. The difference in food quality is evident. The American Bar provides an awesome atmosphere. Drinks are unbelievably fun. A cocktail masterclass with Janis is a highlight.

savoy, A TRUE Luxury Experience

Our room, a remodeled luxury king room, impressed me. The attention to detail from the team impressed me. It started before check-in and lasted until checkout. My family enjoyed the Easter morning egg hunt the hotel organized. It was amazing. It was a great stay.
The swimming pool was a bit messy, with used towels lying around. The staff member at the desk seemed preoccupied with his phone, not fully attentive to guests.

The staff demonstrated amazing efficiency. They were very friendly. They handled check-in with ease and provided excellent assistance throughout the stay. I found them to be polite and very willing to help. It was excellent.

The room was spacious and very quiet. It featured comfortable beds, and turndown service was exemplary. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator were a nice touch, though I wished for snacks too. That would have been AMAZING!!!

the pool was indeed warm, something i found acceptable.
the room i was in didn't felt luxurious at all. the bathroom felt outdated, also shower leaked water on the floor. the breakfast was very slow, the staff seemed tired. i was surprised to see they charge for housekeeping at checkout. this should have been discussed at check-in.
