The suite was roomy and beautiful. I enjoyed the room service dinner. The food was delicious. The hotel is close to many attractions.
I would prefer my tonic out of my own bottle. The large plastic bottle didn't fit with the image.

i savored afternoon tea in the drawing room. the traditional sandwiches were amazing!!! the tea timers were a unique touch. the staff chatted about the building's history.
the breakfast menu had typos. the drawing room pastry trolly was misspelled. also, the breakfast felt overpriced, and didn't match other luxury hotels in the area.

the building has amazing decoration and gorgeous flowers everywhere. the central staircase sets a sophisticated tone. we had a suite on the fifth floor, it was beautifully decorated and well lit.
i found the breakfast underwhelming at the drawing room. the breakfast costed £45, that was not worth it. the food was passable, but it was mediocre.
