the staff was so helpful check-in was fast and organized. i received a free breakfast for my entire stay i also got a complimentary late checkout. water was available anytime upon request

dark roomunderwhelming shower
I was honestly a bit let down by my room. it felt quite dark, almost gloomy. also, the shower wasn't great. It didn't feel like what i'd expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber (maybe my expectations were too high).
