the location is amazing near major attractions. i appreciated the quick room service it arrived within 15 minutes. breakfast had a great variety of food i enjoyed a second flat white.
housekeeping did not restock the room i had to request basics like teabags and toilet rolls.

the hotel is within a short walk to westminster bridge big ben westminster abbey and chartwell. it is only 2 miles to tower bridge for walking and hiking. buckingham palace is also walkable from this location.
