I got a studio king family room and it was GREAT. The room had a microwave and complete eating utensils. The bell boy Tony was VERY kind. Amina from Somalia, the cleaning service, helped a lot.
The hotel lobby had too much perfume sprayed. I had to hold my nose EVERY time I passed through to the elevator. Several employees also agreed about the awful scent.

the location is central and offers easy access to major attractions. i found many bus and tube lines nearby. my room was notably clean and very spacious, with a good view. i also discovered several excellent restaurants in the area.
i was a bit surprised that there were no readily available usb plugs in the room for charging my devices.

alba and arianna at illy coffee were amazing. the views included big ben right outside. our room was ready upon arrival. we were fortunate to get an outside room. this really enhanced my leisure time .
the hallways were somewhat dark. the black doors and dark red carpeting gave a dated feeling.

the location is amazing near major attractions. i appreciated the quick room service it arrived within 15 minutes. breakfast had a great variety of food i enjoyed a second flat white.
housekeeping did not restock the room i had to request basics like teabags and toilet rolls.
