Amazing Views and Great Service

The hotel staff, including the doorman, were polite and helpful. I was upgraded to a corner room offering panoramic views of Tower Bridge. The room cleanliness was excellent and the soaking tub was perfect after a day exploring. The cocktails at the Ting Lounge tasted great, and the view complemented them well.
The room felt a little cold. A portable heater was provided, which seemed inadequate for the space.

My upgraded room provided amazing views. The bathroom was elegant with a variety of amenities available. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, i would definitely recommend to future travellers.

Staff attentiveness was balanced, present without being intrusive. The staff were really nice too decorate the room for a honeymoon and provide thoughtful chocolates.

The location provides easy access to many major sites. There are plenty of amazing restaurant options nearby. Access to public transportation is convenient. The adjacent train station is a significant plus for exploring the wider area, good.

the staff was accommodating. they really spoiled us. the room had very nice views of the city. the large bathroom included a big bath.
windows could not be opened, so they were very dusty. fresh air was not possible. the restaurant on level 35 is expensive. it really was not worth it. i expected more for the price.

I got married in january. i decided to take a trip to celebrate my wedding. valet parking was useful, it started my visit well. check-in was seamless, and i received an upgraded room. i stayed in room 5007, it was large. the bath had a view. It was an very nice experience.
For a hotel of this standard, the noise insulation was inadequate. i could hear conversations from the adjacent room. the hotel could improve the noise insulation. It reminded me of they were next to me.
