Excellent Experience!

The location by the water was super convenient. Christmas decorations in the lobby were good. I especially appreciated that the room had both a portable fan and an inbuilt fan. This ensured the temperature was adjustable since the windows do NOT open.
I had an issue with the window in my room. It was broken. I had to be very careful when shutting it as the bar was NOT attached. I couldn't close it fully (quite annoying).

Staff members were very pleasant and helpful. They provided everything I needed promptly. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and simple. This made everything smooth.

Gold Stair Rails and Great Bar!

I thought gold stair rails looked amazing. Revolving doors are very convenient. Hotel reception is spacious and cute. The bar's riverside location is definitely a plus! My room without a window was still very comfortable. Seats decor is fabulous.
The room was not great as the lobby and bar area made my expectations high. I had no wharf view. I had a building site view. The bed was the only comfy thing in the room.

The hotel features a gym with modern equipment and a sizable indoor pool. There's also a well-stocked bar with a great selection of drinks. Multiple lifts ensure quick access to all floors.

My room included tea and coffee facilities with a good selection. A television offered many cable channels. The bed had crisp, clean linens. A wardrobe held a lot of storage for clothes.

The hotel stands close to the railway. It is a short walk. Supermarket is also close. You can find train and bus services nearby. This location is great for travelers.

the room was a standard double room, it was adequate.
The noise was a problem. The window in my room didn't close properly, so i heard trains all night. wifi access was an additional charge, and that felt quite dated. the staff wasn't always very helpful, and that was disappointing.
