the rooms were not cleaned when i asked this was disappointing also there was a rude staff member behind the bar shouting at customers this made for a very bad experience

the hotel is near the train station. it is a short walk. breakfast included a wide variety of food. the restaurant provided good evening meals too.
the cleanliness was poor. the sink was stained. dirty tissues were near our tea cups. there was dust all over the door frame next to the toilet. this area seemed not to have been cleaned.

I found the restaurant food amazing!!! the room's temperature control worked very well. the size of my room was nice and spacious. i liked that i had easy access to public transportation. It was only a five-minute walk away.
i found a minor inconvenience, the bathroom fan could not be switched off, so it ran constantly throughout the night.
