i returned to this hotel and had another great experience. the staff were helpful at check in, allowing me to access my room earlier than the standard time. the room had a stocked minibar with soft drinks and snacks provided complimentary. the location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
the floorboards in my room creaked rather loudly, making movements in the room a bit noisy.

the hotel was in a amazing location near many attractions. i liked the safe neighborhood and proximity to museums. checking in was easy, they granted me early access by a couple hours after my long flight. the hotel team kept checking on me to.
my room felt really dark, it need more lighting during the day. the mattress was to soft for my taste, not enough support for my back. i did not ask to change room because mine was a short visit, so i just stayed with it. maybe next time i will ask for a firmer mattress.

I REALLY liked that the location was close to many restaurants. Public transportation was SO accessible. The hotel looked new. EVERYTHING seemed fresh and VERY clean! I enjoyed breakfast, the variety was GREAT, and it was quite ample.
The hotel lacked full accessibility. Wheelchair access required entering through a restaurant on floor -1.
