excellent location comfortable bed noisy air conditioning slow service
I enjoyed the excellent location near the underground stations. The comfortable bed also ensured a restful sleep. The helpful staff assisted me with directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. The breakfast was nice, with a variety of options to choose from.
The air conditioning was noisy , and it was difficult to adjust. The bar was understaffed, and service was slow. I waited a long time to get my drink, but it eventually arrived. The mini bar was not fully stocked.

The room was very clean I saw modern decor throughout. The minibar was stocked with various beverages. I especially liked the comfortable bed I found in the room. It provided good rest after long days.
I noticed a slight delay in service during breakfast, it took a while.

the location was fine.
my room air conditionin unit was broken upon arrival. i reported this, but no one ever fixed it. i was forced to sleep in a hot room the entire time and no discount offered or follow up was made.

The hotel's location proved very convenient for accessing nearby attractions and dining. i easily walked to covent garden market and several restaurants. the room featured a coffee machine and complimentary drinks. I liked the coffee machine.

The executive room included a sofa, an espresso coffee machine, and a kettle. Luxurious dressing gowns were available. Also included was an ironing board with an iron.

Really good Stay in Covent Garden
spacious suite lively atmosphere welcome drink
I appreciated the upgrade to the Suite. It was spacious and stylish. The live music at the QT bar added to the overall modern and lively atmosphere of the hotel. I also received a welcome drink of juice upon arrival, a very nice touch (I was thirsty after traveling!).
Check-out experienced some delays, but the desk promptly addressed the discrepancy in charges.
