great location comfortable room modern reception small wardrobe squashed sink
the location was great! i liked that it was close to the canary wharf station and the elizabeth line to heathrow. dishoom was also right next door, what a lovely surprise! the room was modern, comfortable, and had an attached bathroom. i thought the reception was modern, too. it had a nice-looking breakfast corner with grab-and-go snacks!
The wardrobe area was way too small. i struggled to hang even a midi dress! It was noisy from 7.30am every morning.

The hotel had a convenient location near the tube station (it was a 5-minute walk). The room provided a great view of the city. The staff members were helpful and friendly. This improved my stay. There were many restaurants close to the location.
The breakfast quality did not meet expectations. The salad bar mainly included cucumber and tomato slices. The cooked breakfast was to have been sitting out for some time by 9 am (breakfast was served from 7 to 11 am). I found the tiny desk particularly inconvenient.

convenient location good options friendly staff small room minimal desk thin walls
the location was very convenient. i had easy access to nearby restaurants. the breakfast menu had good options, including vegan choices. the staff was friendly and cute, answering any questions i had.
the room felt quite small. it lacked natural light, i found that limiting. the desk space was minimal, i struggled to work comfortably. the walls seemed thin, i could hear noise from the open restaurant below.

friendly staff clean rooms industrial vibe unplanned drilling service manager building work
i found the staff friendly, that was a plus. rooms are clean and comfy, i liked that industrial chic vibe. it was like a great place to stay. the location was good too, so easy to get around.
the guest service manager promised compensation but did not deliver. i felt a bit disrespected because of the unfulfilled promise. i think the hotel should be more aware of building work near it.

safe environment reasonable parking small room limited staff
I found the location good. The Elizabeth line is only 10 minutes away.. Canary Wharf is very safe. The parking is reasonable for the city.
The room was too small for the price. The window faced the wall, so there was not much light. I found it impossible to order something additional from the buffet menu, as there was not enough staff.
