the location was very convenient. i had easy access to nearby restaurants. the breakfast menu had good options, including vegan choices. the staff was friendly and cute, answering any questions i had.
the room felt quite small. it lacked natural light, i found that limiting. the desk space was minimal, i struggled to work comfortably. the walls seemed thin, i could hear noise from the open restaurant below.

i found the staff friendly, that was a plus. rooms are clean and comfy, i liked that industrial chic vibe. it reminded me of a great place to stay. the location was good too, so easy to get around.
the guest service manager promised compensation but did not deliver. i felt a bit disrespected because of the unfulfilled promise. i think the hotel should be more aware of building work near it.

I found the location good. The Elizabeth line is only 10 minutes away.. Canary Wharf is very safe. The parking is reasonable for the city.
The room was too small for the price. The window faced the wall, so there was not much light. I found it impossible to order something additional from the buffet menu, as there was not enough staff.

The location is amazing! it is so close to everything. i felt safe with canary wharf security around! there are super close marks & spencers and boots. i would definitely stay again. It was a modern hotel.
my room was quite small. it was clean and adequate for my one night stay though. i wish there had been a bit more space.
