The staff were really helpful. They managed special requests well. I noted the location is pretty central for getting around town. The room was clean with space. I appreciated the lively bar area.
I waited for ages to get to my floor.

The location was acceptable, it was near the underground station.
The room was SO small. The bathroom was small also. People gathered right outside the hotel to smoke cigarettes, and I had to walk through that smoke every time I left the hotel. THIS was disappointing.
