Excellent Stay Near Hyde Park
efficient check-in high cleanliness complimentary water abundant options
The check-in process was efficient and cute. The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The room included complimentary water bottles plus tea and coffee facilities. This was a nice touch. Breakfast offered abundant options, with both hot and cold selections.
The elevator system seemed a little slow. I experienced slight delays at peak times.

The hotel has convenient access to the underground station. It's practically at the doorstep. Hyde Park is directly across the street, a short walk away. This central position makes it easy to visit various attractions.

slippers prosecco good location
The room had robes and slippers that was a nice touch. They also provided some prosecco and truffles for my birthday. The location had lots of amenities inside.
The lift system experienced issues, causing delays in reaching the foyer from the room.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!
central location clean room attentive staff
The location was excellent. It was easy to get to many places because the hotel is centrally located!!! The rooms were clean, and the inclusion of robes and slippers was a great touch. The staff was super great, and.
The lift system was advanced, and it sometimes took 15 minutes to get from my room to the foyer due to lift issues.

The breakfast choice was extensive and plentiful, a detail I especially appreciated, with many options available. There are also multiple dining options, including a lively bar with live music. Food quality was AMAZING!!!

helpful staff lively bar
The staff were really helpful. They managed special requests well. I noted the location is pretty central for getting around town. The room was clean with space. I appreciated the lively bar area.
The lifts took a long time. I waited for ages to get to my floor.

small room cigarette smoke
The location was acceptable, it was near the underground station.
The room was SO small. The bathroom was small also. People gathered right outside the hotel to smoke cigarettes, and I had to walk through that smoke every time I left the hotel. THIS was disappointing.
