I stayed in the hotel and found the location to be really superb. it felt comfortable with a lovely variety of facilities, including a spa and a bar. i liked the cake and bubbles restaurant. It didn't feel like a corporate hotel at all.
I thought the service was slow and at times unfriendly. the breakfast was pretty horrible. The eggs were overcooked. we received our drinks only halfway through the meal.

the stay i had was very nice! the room was beautiful and spacious with nice equipment. i really loved the amenities, especially the wonderful bathtub. the location is super convenient, right across from shopping and restaurants.
the room i was assigned had a tiny window and very little natural light, that was disappointing. i think service could be better. i struggled with my luggages during check-out, and no one helped me with the door.

the complimentary spa here is amazing, it features a fine pool. also, there is a jacuzzi with steam rooms for complete relaxation. comfortable chaise lounges are available near the pool.

the location is unbeatable, especially if you want to be in the middle of the action. you are close to theatres and fine shopping. piccadilly circus is easily accessible.

I must say, the breakfast experience wasn't ideal. eggs were overcooked on both mornings, and the service felt rather slow. also, the hairdryer in the bathroom felt outdated. It required holding a button constantly to keep it running. it is not what i expected from a hotel at this price point, poor hairdryer.

pearson were pretty good for my wife's birthday celebration. the location made exploring super easy, and pearson made sure our breakfasts were awesome. i cannot wait to return for another visit!
the room had a small window, it felt quite dark. it needed more natural light!
