stationary bikes water bottles breakfast omelets
The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I used the complimentary water bottles during my workout (very convenient). Breakfast service was very quick, especially the omelets made to order. The hotel also offers a turndown service each evening, a nice touch.
The elevator was a bit slow at peak times.

The location was amazing, near everything. The room included excellent amenities, like high-quality toiletries. Breakfast had so many options. It was decadent.
The room felt somewhat small. I expected a bit more space. The gym, while nice, got quite crowded during peak hours. The in-room safe was difficult to operate. I struggled with it for a while.

friendly staff christmas lights special vibe
i had such a good experience. the christmas lights added a special vibe to the whole trip. the night manager, jhalak, was super friendly and accommodating, he changed my room allocation when i mentioned i loved christmas lights to a room where i could see them from my window. it.!!
i asked to have a shirt pressed, but i was told i was too late.

warm greeting prompt service breakfast buffet small bathroom street noise limited equipment
The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. the room service was prompt, even during peak hours. the hotel bar had a decent selection of drinks, i found the cocktail i liked. the breakfast buffet offered a lot of options. I sampled several local pastries.
the bathroom felt quite small for a hotel of this caliber. i found some noise from the street, the windows didn't fully block it. the gym had limited equipment, there were only a few cardio machines available.
