uncomfortable sofa bed unresponsive light
the location was acceptable as it was near public transport.
The room was not very clean. I saw dust near the window. also, the sofa bed was not comfortable. i did not like the automatic lights, as it was not responsive.

solid stay near attractions
varied selection comfortable beds indoor sauna convenient location
breakfast offered a varied selection, though consistent daily. beds were indeed very comfortable. i was also delighted the pool area included a sauna. location was very convenient, the metro station is very close.
the main bar did not appear fully operational, so the temporary bar was slightly inadequate. cocktails seemed to be pre-mixed from cans.

Excellent stay with clean rooms
modern bathroom comfortable bed friendly staff excellent food
The room had a modern bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The reception staff provided friendly service. The breakfast team was excellent, and the food was superb.
The pool maintenance resulted in slight hand injuries for my daughter.

adequate stay with some shortcomings
impractical bathroom design questionable security
the bathroom design felt impractical i found water easily pooled from the shower into the toilet area it looked unclean the stolen handbag incident in the lounge also left a bad impression it raised concerns about security i think more vigilance is needed in public areas
