I was disappointed my shower was not even attended to after i complained twice. This seemed terrible. the customer service related to this issue fell short of my expectations. i found this unacceptable, especially considering the price.

The executive lounge was a highlight! every staff member was warm. the food and beverage selections were wonderful! also, the location is prime. It's easy to walk to restaurants and hyde park! finally, my room was beautiful and very clean. the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.
sometimes, dialing for guest services didn't get answered quickly.

The executive lounge was nice. The food and drinks were excellent.
My room was not very clean upon arrival. I noticed receipts from previous guests. There were also bits on the floor and some black stuff in the bathroom and bathtub.
