The staff were helpful and attentive from the minute i arrived. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. I liked the choice and high quality of the breakfast. i found the executive lounge lovely with a decent selection of canapés. the location had me close to hyde park for peaceful strolls.
The bar closed quite early. I would have liked to stay longer

The gym had modern equipment, including several treadmills and stationary bikes. It created a nice workout environment. the executive lounge offered a variety of snacks and drinks throughout the day. I especially enjoyed the evening canapés. the hotel is located close to hyde park for those who enjoy the outdoors.

The staff greeted me by name each time i saw them. I found this to be very thoughtful. the front desk was able to provide access to the executive lounge. I appreciated this perk. the cleaning service ensured that the room was super clean. Everything felt very fresh.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found this very convenient. complimentary bottles of water were provided daily. I liked this small touch. the king-sized bed was very comfortable. I slept well each night.

My stay included access to a gym with three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight machines. i found the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Very convenient! the breakfast buffet featured various options, including pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. i was also pleased with the quick elevators.
I noticed the hallway carpets showed slight wear. it was a minor thing. Though everything else was great.

The hotel offers a business center with several computers and printing services. there is a large event space for conferences. It can accommodate up to 500 guests. also, i saw an indoor pool and a sauna, which looked very clean.

The concierge was very helpful, providing clear directions and recommendations for local attractions. staff responded quickly to requests and seemed genuinely eager to assist. i saw the front desk provided luggage storage before check-in. A big plus.

The room offered a nice view of the city. It had a good location near Hyde Park. Breakfast service were lovely and attentive.
The room I had smelled musty. The card network went down when I arrived, so I had to pay my room deposit in cash. the shower head was leaking.

i liked the great service i received from the staff. zoey was so lovely at reception. she greeted us with prosecco at both check-in and check-out. i also really liked the amazing views from the room i had, it really was nice.

abi at the front desk was excellent. he helped me with every need i had. we were given a cot for our son to sleep on for the night. we were well accommodated for our son also.
my pre-stay email was answered promptly. i was told my requests had been noted. none of my requests were granted though. our room was small with a tiny bathroom and very little storage space.

the front desk staff were really good. they were cute and always happy to help. christmas decorations added a magical touch to the atmosphere. our room was beautifully presented with an very nice view. the attention to detail throughout the hotel was amazing.
I paid for an executive upgrade. i think i was given the worst room. it was right next to the lifts. I barely slept all night because of the noise. the room was tiny and not particularly clean.
