I found nisar helpful. He guided me through the hotel. nisar assisted me with my luggage and ensured i reached my room without issue. the breakfast offered a very large selection. I found a lot of good choices.
The hotel is close to st mary's hospital. i noticed a dozen sets of ambulance sirens during the night. the executive lounge was closed . This was not communicated effectively prior to arrival.

the location was convenient near mini markets and a bakery across the street it met my expectations
the furniture seemed quite old i asked for a blanket but it took an hour to arrive moreover the room cleaning was inconsistent i also noticed the bathroom floor needed more attention it reminded me of the value for money wasn't quite there
