i loved that the hotel gave free cookies at check in. my room seemed clean and felt spacious. it was right across from the beach, this made access very easy. breakfast had many options and the staff seemed very friendly. i plan to come back again soon.

the location was excellent as it was close to the concert hall. the underground parking was convenient and kept me dry. the staff offered warm cookies upon arrival which i found cute. breakfast had a very good selection and the staff refilled items quickly.
i noticed slight rusting on the balcony railings in my room. while minor this detail impacted the overall impression of the room.

The location was good. It is close to the beach.
The room cleaning was not up to par. I noticed thick dust and stains on the carpet. broken crockery was left outside rooms even after they were cleaned, disappointing. the pool area also seemed to need maintenance as the tiles looked unclean.
