varied selectionsatisfying tortellini
the breakfast buffet offered a varied selection including bagels eggs and juices i found the different egg styles particularly good the hotel also had a restaurant named vertical which served dishes such as artisan bread and cheesy tortellini the tortellini was rich and satisfying
the provided coffee included only one regular sachet and one decaf sachet the executive room coffee machine was also under service

The staff were very helpful. Sophie at the reception was friendly. Shahab and Abdallah at City Cafe provided good service. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel is close to many attractions.
The parking system requires using a QR code. There is no signal in the underground car park. The process to pay for parking was difficult. (I also waited a long time for the elevator).
