i had such an awesome time there! the studio double family room was really spacious. i loved the mini kitchen, it had a microwave and even a coffee machine!
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed some dust in the corners.

the room looked clean at first glance. i soon found the bathroom was not as super clean as it should be. the shower had some noticeable mildew around the tiles. it gave me pause about the overall cleanliness standards in other areas of the room poor cleaning, mildew issue

the hotel's central location near major attractions was very convenient. the hotel was kept in pristine condition with spacious rooms! i found the breakfast option to be very good, it offered a wide variety.
the air conditioning in my room did not work well, so it became too warm to sleep. i needed it to work better.

The hotel is near the london eye and westminster bridge. It is a couple minutes walk. a graffiti tunnel is right behind the hotel, it has a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. the trainline is also conveniently located just behind the hotel.

the room was very clean and tidy, i appreciated this a lot. i had a studio double room, it was spacious for city standards. the bed was super comfy! there was excellent soundproofing from outside noise.

the breakfast buffet included a fabulous range of choices and everything tasted fresh. there was a good selection of both hot and cold items available each morning. i found the restaurant to have good value for money!

The hotel location is AMAZING, so close to tourist attractions. I really liked my spacious room. It accommodated my needs perfectly. The staff were very polite and helpful, answering all my questions.
The minibar had only a bottle of water. A wider selection would be great.
