The roomy twin offered ample space. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room each morning, a convenient option. The rooftop bar provided city views. The decor throughout the hotel was excellent. I appreciated the bluetooth speakers in the room.
I had a minor issue connecting to the Wi-Fi upon arrival. It required a call to the front desk. It was resolved quickly.

The lobby had a fantastic atmosphere upon our arrival! and checking in was wonderfully quick. i enjoyed the hotel's central location near several subway stations. the staff was super friendly and helpful.
I found a hygiene issue in our room. I felt the service recovery could have been better. there was no gym in the hotel, and no partner gyms nearby offered discounted access.

i found the rooms well decorated. the thermostat in my room responded quickly and heated the space effectively. the location proved perfect just off the jubilee line with easy access to the northern line.
i found the service disappointing. restaurant service was slow and a coffee i ordered arrived cold. i was informed there were no breakfast tables because i should have booked.
