The location proved ideal with easy access to the underground. A simple gym was available. I found the comfortable, quiet room very relaxing after a long day.

the location proved convenient for accessing nearby transportation.
the minibar items were not fully replenished , requiring a call to rectify this. air conditioning was ineffective , leading to discomfort . the room showed signs of wear and tear , with general neglect evident.

mixed feelings about this hotel.
uninspiring viewsroom service delay
my experience was not entirely satisfactory. the room overlooked an unpleasant back area, it had uninspiring views. additionally, the housekeeping lacked consistency, and some days i found the bathroom not properly cleaned. i also noted a significant delay one morning when i requested a simple room service, it took more than an hour to arrive.

i found the staff quite helpful. i could easily access the hammersmith tube station. the breakfast provided a good variety of choices, and the room maintained a clean and quiet atmosphere with the window open. i enjoyed the available bar menu that offered various snacks and meals.
the lifts experienced some congestion during peak hours.
