Average Stay at this Place

convienient locationscuffed furniturefailed keycard
The location was convienient to move around. Tram and buses were available across the road to take you straight to the city centre.
The room did not look very appealing to me. The furniture seemed scuffed, and the room generally looked like it needs some serious TLC. My keycard failed to give me access to the lounge floor, so I was forced to use the back stairs.

Comfortable Stay Close to Symphony Hall

convenient locationexcellent valueclub roomcomplimentary breakfast
I attended a concert in Symphony Hall and this hotel was quite convenient. A walkway connects the hotel to the hall. I felt comfortable going to the concert alone. I upgraded to a Club room. It provided excellent value, specifically the evening drinks and canapés plus complimentary breakfast.
The car park felt very limited, a slight concern upon arrival.
