Wonderful stay with excellent service

the hotel offered a fantastic waterfront view i could easily see from my room. the staff were very cute and always ready to help, it made checking in very simple. i had a relaxing drink in the lounge later in the evening. the location was convenient for exploring the city on foot.
i noticed some slight wear on the furniture in my room but it was still clean and functional

The room was super clean and offered a pleasant view. The shower worked perfectly, and the staff were excellent, particularly Demi at reception. She were really nice for my birthday with wine, glasses, and chocolates in the room. Andrew delivered our breakfast order with sincere apologies for a slight delay and even brought a bottle of Prosecco.
The hot chocolate i ordered was not the best, mainly hot water with hot chocolate powder.
