unfilled container misleading photo
the breakfast quality disappointed me a small container with scrambled eggs sat on the buffet and it was empty it was not refilled fruit was past its prime brown pineapple was present no fresh bread was available except for toast a dry baguette piece sat out a promotional photo in the lift displayed large fresh croissants and blueberries these items were unavailable the photo seemed misleading

Wonderful stay with excellent service
waterfront view attentive staff easy check-in convenient location
the hotel offered a fantastic waterfront view i could easily see from my room. the staff were very cute and always ready to help, it made checking in very simple. i had a relaxing drink in the lounge later in the evening. the location was convenient for exploring the city on foot.
i noticed some slight wear on the furniture in my room but it was still clean and functional

Really good stay
clean room great shower amazing staff
The room was super clean and offered a pleasant view. The shower worked perfectly, and the staff were excellent, particularly Demi at reception. She were really good for my birthday with wine, glasses, and chocolates in the room. Andrew delivered our breakfast order with sincere apologies for a slight delay and even brought a bottle of Prosecco.
The hot chocolate i ordered was not the best, mainly hot water with hot chocolate powder.

the staff provided quick check-in, and the room was notably clean. the location was great for getting around, which i appreciated. i found the roof top bar very modern..
i found the mattress and pillows to be a bit firm, something that could perhaps be improved.

The check-in process was very smooth. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. I found convenient nearby parking options, including the NCP across the street. The hotel's location is optimal for exploring the attractions.
The window cleanliness could be improved. Windows were a little dirty.
