Solid Stay with Seaside Charm

good chairs wheelchair offer historic pictures
The room included good chairs and the heating worked well. I appreciated the pictures of past visitors on display. Staff offered an accessible room when I mentioned I use a wheelchair.
The hotel looked a little tired with visible tape covering rips on the carpet in some areas.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provides spacious areas to relax and socialize. It also offers a functional bar. This bar serves simple pub-style food for a convenient meal without going out.
Service
10/10
The staff was very cute and friendly . The reception employees were very helpful with all questions. All the restaurant employees were equally as nice and attentive.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast included a very good selection of food. The dining area is large. I noticed it features a pompous design with generous spacing to move around comfortably.

Satisfactory Stay

good location plenty of choices awful bed poor review
Breakfast had lots of choices. The staff were also kind and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, right on the prom. It is only a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre.
I booked a Standard Double Room. The bed was awful. It wobbled like a jelly and creaked with every movement. I could see why it has poor reviews.
